Industrial Filters Point

There are a awesome variety of Industrial Filters applications for use out in the world. A lot people use very normal applications, but there are several other choices that can be utilized, and are often used in industrial areas where filtration is vital and definitely integral.

Dust collector filters are used in most modern industrial applications. Application solutions feature powder paint, welding exhaust, food manufacturing, and paper dust. Dust collector filters are used to hit temperatures of up to five hundred Fahrenheit.

Hydraulic Elements Used for the removal of fine and granular contaminants in important filtration areas. These applications include servo valve utilization, engine test stands, power units, turbine oil filtration, and paper machine lube operations.

Industrial Filters used for the removal of tough, course contaminants from selections include plastic extrusion, hydraulic oil, lube oil, cutting oil, fuel and solvents.

Cartridge Filter normally used in intake and exhaust areas. General areas are compressor intakes, grease catchers, spark arrestors, HVAC filtration, odor removal, and the ultimate filtration of dust collection systems.

These are ideally used for the extraction of hard, granular contaminants from lubricating and hydraulic oils, fuels and water.

Process Cartridges wound, plea, melt blown, and resin bonded are a few of the many possibilities at your whim. Used in a big range of filtration situations including but not broken-down to RO system pre-filters, beverage, ultra pure water, chemical, ink, paint and sterile vent air filtering.

Radial fin elements are star shaped, extended area elements developed to remove atmospheric dust from the air intake of compressors, blowers and engines and for the taking out of harsh contaminants from hydraulic fluids, lubricating and fuel oils and process fluids.

These are only a few of the many element possibilities in the industrial element industry, but its a good start in your growing situation if you are a business professional, or someone else in the pursuit of new information.

Basket Filters

Glando Basket filter is manufactured in simplex and duplex type construction with suitable material. Duplex Basket Filter provide ease of cleaning the element without interruption of the process. Two simplex basket filters connected with a pair of three way ball valve with a common single handle makes a this type of filter. By rotating this common handle flow is diverted from filter in operation to the standby idle filter.

The clogged filter element can be cleaned and made ready for next change over. Simplex/ Duplex type Industrial Filters are available in fabricated and cast construction. Simplex type filters in cast construction are called pot strainers or bucket type Industrial Strainers. Filters are manufactured up to diameter of 48” NB size and filtration down up to 5 micron. Low press drop, large dirt holding capacity, ease & low cost of maintenance are some special features of Glandofilters.

We offer Basket Filters that are marked by premium quality. The Industrial Basket Filters are manufactured using the sophisticated technology to ensure enhanced performance. Basket filters are mainly used for liquid filtration in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, food, beverage, water treatments, etc. As to external dimensions and filter rating, we may also provide products per customers’ requirements. Consequently, we are among the reputed Basket Air Filters Manufacturers based in India.

Basket filters are the low cost answer to a variety of liquid clarification needs. The basic filter is floor-mounted, in-line pressure vessel consisting of a tubular housing in which the filter media is supported by a 316 stainless steel basket.

Industrial Filters are offered in separate models with flow rate up to 250 gpm. filters consist of two single filter units connected in parallel to 3-way valves. filters are usually rated for the same flow as single filters. That's because in most applications one filter unit is valved off stream while the other continuous filtering.
